Duration: 12 weeks
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Project Coordinator Intern to support initiatives across our Talent Development portfolio. This 12‑week internship offers hands-on experience working on global learning and development programs, providing end-to-end project coordination support - from scheduling and logistics through to reporting and stakeholder communications.
This role is ideal for someone who is detail‑oriented, eager to learn, and interested in people development, HR, or project management within a global business.
- Coordinate end-to-end program schedules, including facilitator bookings and participant audience identification.
- Support the delivery of both in‑person and virtual learning sessions, ensuring sessions run smoothly and on schedule.
- Assist with facilitator and participant communications, including tailored reminders, updates, and engagement materials.
- Support the coordination and reporting of the company-wide Employee Engagement Survey.
- Help formalise and document project steps using established templates to ensure consistency and scalability.
- Assist in compiling reports and tracking key milestones across multiple programs.
- Accurately maintain learning participation records within Workday.
- Track global programs and initiatives and assist with implementing tracking in Asana, providing up‑to‑date visibility on project progress, risks, and deadlines.
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.
- Currently studying toward (or recently completed) a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Project Management, or a related field.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and a structured approach to work.
- Comfortable working with systems and tools (experience with Workday, Asana, or similar platforms is a plus, but not required).
- A collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn in a fast‑paced, global environment.
- Curiosity or experience using AI tools (e.g., for data analysis, content creation, or workflow optimisation) is a plus.
- Real-world experience supporting global talent development and learning initiatives.
- Exposure to project coordination, stakeholder management, and HR systems.
- Mentorship and support from experienced professionals in a global team.
- A strong foundation for a future career in HR, Talent Development, or Project Management.
