Role Overview

The Sales Intern will support the sales and admissions team through lead management, customer engagement, follow-ups, and administrative support while gaining practical sales experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support marketing and lead generation activities.
  • Conduct lead follow-ups, demo reminders, and customer communications.
  • Attend assigned demos and assist with admissions processes.
  • Resolve customer queries and complete assigned tickets/tasks.
  • Coordinate with Operations and Customer Support teams when required.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, demos, and follow-up activities.
  • Submit daily performance updates in the prescribed format.
  • Demonstrate professionalism, accountability, and a willingness to learn.
