Project Title: Dry Etch Process Performance Optimization Using Data Analytics
Project Description: Dry etch is a critical process step with strong impact on yield, cycle time, and capacity. This internship focuses on leveraging manufacturing and tool data to understand process behavior, identify performance gaps, and support improvement actions. The intern will collaborate with process and equipment engineers to translate data insights into actionable recommendations for the fab
Scope:
- Analyze dry etch process and equipment data ( e.g. SPC, RPT, MA/Util, fault trends).
- Identify sources of process variation, drift, or productivity loss.
- Support evaluation of recipe changes, hardware improvements, or operational controls.
- Develop dashboards or scripts for data visualization and monitoring.
- Correlate inline, metrology, and tool data where applicable.
Deliverables:
- Data -driven analysis of key dry etch process metrics .
- Clear problem statements with supporting evidence.
- Recommendations for process or equipment improvement.
