The intern will assist in managing customer service tasks including electronic invoicing, credit notes, and document production.
Work Flexibility: Hybrid
The intern, placed within the Customer Service division and supported by the assigned tutor, will have the opportunity to get familiar with the main dynamics related to customer management, both public and private, through the following activities:
- Provide support in managing the EDICOM portal for electronic invoicing
- Provide support in managing credit notes
- Provide support in the production, creation, and management of delivery notes and invoices
- Provide support in managing the Edwin (EDI) and Hyperscience portal
