Now, over 150,000 customers across four countries choose to transact billions with us every year.
But we’re just getting started.

Our people are the driving force behind our success. They are our greatest investment and our ultimate competitive advantage. We hire exceptional people and give them the autonomy, trust, and ownership to thrive. The results take care of themselves.

Welcome to Horizon – The Future of Engineering at Dojo

This isn't about coding in a corner. Horizon Engineering is for ambitious problem solvers with an entrepreneurial spirit, ready to make real change happen. We’ve created this team for graduate engineers who want to dive deep into our biggest internal problem statements, partner directly with subject matter experts in the space, and truly fall in love with the challenge.

Your mission: solve these problems using the full power of AI. This is so much more than a typical internship. You’ll be part of a small, focused group building AI-led solutions that help Dojo scale smarter, not just bigger. You’ll be trusted to take ownership early and supported by senior engineers and mentors from day one.

We’re doing this in partnership with Google, giving you access to cutting-edge tools and infrastructure to work on projects that matter.

What You’ll Be Doing

Fall in Love with the Problem, Not Just the Code This is where your entrepreneurial spirit comes alive. You won't just be assigned tasks. You will actively partner with subject matter experts (SMEs) across Dojo to identify, dissect, and deeply understand our most critical internal problem statements. We want you to take ownership of these challenges—from operations and automation to decision-making—and solve them with AI.Build AI-Enabled Tools Design and implement solutions using AI and ML models, large language models, or data science pipelines that have measurable impact.Think Like a Founder, Deliver Like an Engineer This isn’t a rotation program. This is so much more. You’ll join a team where you’re expected to ship code, contribute ideas, and own outcomes.Partner with Google You’ll benefit from our strategic partnership with Google Cloud, helping you work with modern tech stacks and access exclusive tooling and learning opportunities.

You’re excited to partner with business experts, fall in love with a problem, and use AI tools to build a solution you can own.Strong Technical Foundations: You have a solid understanding of programming, systems, and problem-solving.140 UCAS Tariff Points (or equivalent): We expect a strong academic background. We also welcome applicants with alternative qualifications if you can show us your ability through your technical work.Curious About AI and Machine Learning: You don’t need to be an AI expert yet—but you’re eager to learn, experiment, and apply the latest developments to real-world problems.Proactive and Self-Directed: You take ownership, challenge assumptions, and look for ways to make things better—not just follow instructions.Excited by Impact: You want to be part of something with purpose—where your work drives real outcomes for teams and customers.

Dojo home and away

We believe our best work happens when we collaborate in-person. These “together days” foster communication, drive innovation and spark our brightest ideas.

That's why we have an office-first culture. This means working from the office 4+ days per week.

With offices across Europe, we know a thing or two about staying dynamic. Need deep focus? Head to a quiet zone. Big ideas? Collaboration spaces have you covered. Just here for a catch-up? Our social hubs make it easy. Do work that counts, in spaces made for you.

If you’re keen to know the answer, you’re a third of the way to meeting our Dojo values.

If the following speak to you, let’s talk:

  • You’re curious. You have a real desire to learn and create.
  • You’re relentless. You keep going even when it’s easier not to.
