The Mastercard Intern Program is a comprehensive program where students will gain hands on real work-life skills while having fun and contributing to a global company. As an intern, you will be challenged with completing projects that will enhance your skills as well as contribute to the department's goals and objectives.
Program Components:• Impactful assignments that drive business results• Networking sessions and leadership speakers series• Volunteer and team building experiences
Job Description:• Assist Account Managers to complete routine business processes • Create materials for contracts, agreement, pitching/presentation deck under Account Managers' guidance• Support Account Managers execute initiatives across multiple business functions• Support Account Leads on team activity management and performance tracking• Ensure up-to-date with the market and industry development, contribute ideas to enhance Mastercard competitive edge• Support internal data research and analysis in weekly and monthly base for key accounts• Support documentations by preparing for contracts and assisting in processing data for customer review materials
Program Qualifications• Evidence of strong academics• Innovative thinking and thoughtful risk taking• Ability to partner across the organization• Sound communication skills• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's program with expected graduation date between December 2026 and July 2027• Able to commit to an internship period from 6 July 2026 - 28 August 2026
