As a Veovo Technical Consultant with a Billing focus, you will foster collaboration between Veovo and our airport subject matter experts, and across the wider airport stakeholder environment. You will capture and understand airport requirements through workshop and observational sessions, and build, configure, and integrate Veovo to achieve brilliant quantifiable results. To provide the best customer experience you will also be involved in ongoing relationship building and the support of implemented Veovo solutions, providing thought leadership and technical delivery expertise as required. As this is a customer-centric airport technology role, and our business is within the global airport market, a reasonable level of travel is required.

In this role you can expect to:  

  • Analyse customer or new product requirements and specification writing
  • Implementation of Veovo products and solutions
  • Provide customer training
  • Programming of software modifications and development of deployment-specific integration and configuration
  • Technical documentation of deployed solutions and user documentation
  • Assist with software and process Quality Assurance
  • Provide 24 hour on-call problem resolution support (Rostered)

What you will need for this role: 

    • +3 years’ experience in a similar role
    • Experience with configuring and implementing billing systems
    • C# development experience to perform system extensions
    • Experience in reporting and other visualisation technologies
    • Experience in technical writing and customer facing documentation.
    • Ability to collaborate and build strong product delivered solutions
    • Demonstrate coding best practise against industry coding standards
    • Working knowledge of SDLC methodologies
    • Capable of using standard desktop software packages
    • Experience in the Airport / Airport Technology sector would be useful
    • Experience with Fees & Charges along with Incentive schemes in the Airport Domain a bonus
