Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute test cases with a focus on manual functional testing.
  • Design and implement automation scripts with a focus on robustness and scalability.
  • Conduct advanced device and browser testing, ensuring compatibility and user experience.
  • Execute performance testing at a more advanced level, identifying key volumetric and scalability issues.
  • Engage in intermediate-level security testing, understanding and applying principles of both SAST (Static Application Security Testing) and DAST (Dynamic Application Security Testing).
  • Test for accessibility to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Proficient in creating and maintaining comprehensive test scripts for automated testing.
  • Ability to perform and report on non-functional tests, including performance and security, at a higher level.
  • Solid understanding of advanced cloud concepts, including containerisation and service virtualisation.
