Operating across Europe, North America, and APAC with an expanding SaaS portfolio, we are looking for an Interim Head of People Operations to join on a Fixed-Term contract for 4 to 6 months. This is a great opportunity to lead the development, management and maintenance of global HR Operational systems, processes and policies that meet existing and future business needs, comply with local legislation and align with Dext’s culture. 🌍

The role - what you’ll do as Head of People Operations:

Reporting directly to our Chief People Officer and leading a team of 5 global HR Operations’ professionals, you will act as part of the wider People leadership team. You will provide the necessary tools and processes to the People function to enable them to support employees and managers in building high-performing teams and delivering key business outcomes! 🚀

The day-to-day:

  • Define and develop the end-to-end HR processes for new starters, change, and leavers;
  • Handle all necessary documentation and employee data management;
  • Collaborate with finance on budgeting, pay, and benefits;
  • Provide operational support on probation, performance, and succession planning;
  • Maintain HRIS and identify opportunities for process automation;
  • Report on employee data and metrics to inform business decisions;
  • Develop and maintain global and local HR policies aligned with best practices and compliance;
  • Work with finance and payroll to streamline payroll processes.
