About Lawhive

Our mission is to make the law accessible to everyone.

The legal industry is built on technology and processes that haven’t been updated in hundreds of years - that's why we've reinvented the entire model from the ground up with our own bespoke AI operating system at the core.

Lawhive is a regulated law firm with an AI-native platform built to amplify expertise and revolutionise the way people practice law, leading to exceptional outcomes for clients and lawyers.

Lawhive Labs is how we bring this vision to life. It's our frontier lab that combines top engineering, design, AI and legal talent from around the world, joining forces to build the future of law.

We’re backed by top-tier investors, including Google Ventures, Balderton Capital and TQ Ventures, and in December 2025, we secured $60M Series B funding round to facilitate international expansion and to grow our team.

We’re headquartered in London and in 2025 successfully launched in the US…and we’re just getting started.

Integrations at Lawhive

The Integrations team is a critical component in the Lawhive machine, ensuring that newly acquired law firms integrate smoothly and successfully from an operating perspective and onto our AI-native Legal OS platform.

As Lawhive expands through acquisition and partnership, our ability to onboard firms quickly, effectively and with minimal disruption becomes a major competitive advantage. The Integrations team sits at the intersection of operations, technology, legal practice and change management, helping firms transition into the Lawhive ecosystem while preserving what makes them successful.

The Role

We're looking for an exceptional Integrations Lead to own and scale the integration of acquired law firms into Lawhive.

This is a highly cross-functional role that combines programme management, operational transformation, stakeholder management and technology adoption. You'll be responsible for planning and executing integrations from due diligence through to full operational migration, ensuring firms are successfully onboarded onto Lawhive's systems, processes and AI-powered platform.

You'll work closely with senior leaders across Operations, Product, Engineering, Legal, Finance, Corporate Development and People teams, as well as directly with partners and leadership teams at acquired firms. Success in this role means delivering integrations that are fast, seamless and measurable, unlocking value for both the acquired firm and Lawhive.

This is an opportunity to help build the playbook for scaling one of the most ambitious legal technology companies in the world, shaping how modern law firms are integrated into an AI-native future.

Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end integration programmes for acquired law firms, from pre-close planning through to full operational integration.

  • Develop and continuously improve Lawhive's integration methodology, playbooks, processes and governance frameworks.

  • Own integration plans, timelines, milestones, risks and dependencies across multiple concurrent workstreams.

  • Partner with Product and Engineering teams to coordinate platform migrations, data transfers and system onboarding activities.

  • Drive adoption of Lawhive's Legal OS, workflows and operational best practices across newly integrated firms.

  • Build trusted relationships with partners, firm leaders and key stakeholders throughout the integration journey.

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams spanning Operations, Legal, Finance, People, Compliance, Product and Engineering.

  • Identify operational risks, blockers and change-management challenges, proactively driving solutions.

  • Support integration due diligence by assessing operational readiness, systems, processes and transition requirements.

  • Establish KPIs and reporting frameworks to measure integration success, adoption and value creation.

  • Create scalable onboarding, training and enablement programmes for lawyers and support staff.

  • Act as the voice of acquired firms internally, ensuring feedback informs future product and operational improvements.

What You'll Bring

You'll be a great fit for this role if you thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy solving complex operational challenges and are excited by the opportunity to help transform an entire industry.

You combine strategic thinking with exceptional execution, and you're comfortable navigating ambiguity while bringing structure to complex programmes. You know how to influence senior stakeholders, drive alignment across teams and deliver results in high-growth environments.

Most importantly, you're excited by Lawhive's mission and the opportunity to build the operational foundations of the world's leading AI-native law firm.

Experience
  • 6+ years of experience in integration, transformation, programme management, operations, consulting, M&A integration or a related field.

  • Proven track record of leading complex cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.

  • Experience managing operational transformations, post-acquisition integrations or large-scale change programmes.

  • Strong programme and project management capabilities, including planning, prioritisation and risk management.

  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with experience working directly with senior executives and business leaders.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision making.

  • Experience implementing or driving adoption of technology platforms and operational systems.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Ability to operate effectively in a high-growth, fast-changing environment.

  • Experience within legal services, professional services, financial services or other regulated industries is advantageous but not essential.

  • Experience working in startups, scaleups or PE/VC-backed businesses is highly desirable.
