✨ The Opportunity
Do you enjoy acting as a trusted advisor, helping partners and internal teams navigate complex integration challenges? We are looking for an Integration Consultant to join our Technology Operations team in London. This role sits at the intersection of technology, delivery, and partnership, combining hands-on API knowledge with a strongly consultative, customer-facing approach.
As an Integration Consultant, you will guide partners through connecting their systems to our platform, shaping integration strategies, defining best practice, and ensuring successful outcomes. You will influence how our APIs and identity services are adopted in real-world scenarios, helping partners design scalable, secure solutions while reducing friction and time to market. Your impact will be felt across onboarding, enhancement, and migration programmes that support critical business operations.
This role is based in our London office and follows our hybrid working model, The Blend, with a minimum of two days per week in the office and flexibility for the remainder of the week. You may also be required to work from other office or partner locations where needed.
🌠 What You’ll Be Doing
As an Integration Consultant, you will act as a trusted technical advisor to partners and internal teams, owning the integration journey from discovery through delivery. You will lead technical conversations, recommend best-practice integration approaches, and help partners design secure, scalable solutions using our APIs and identity services. Working closely with commercial, product, delivery, and engineering teams, you will translate business needs into clear technical models, documentation, and customer journeys. You will review partner implementations, troubleshoot complex integration issues, and ensure consistent, high-quality outcomes, balancing hands-on technical expertise with a strong consultative mindset to reduce friction and accelerate successful integrations.
💡 What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in a technical consulting, solutions engineering, or integration-focused role.
Strong hands-on experience working with APIs, including advising others on best-practice implementation.
Solid understanding of identity management and authentication concepts (e.g. OAuth, SSO, token-based authentication).
Confidence engaging directly with partners and customers, leading technical discussions and influencing decisions.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail.
Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal, across technical and non-technical audiences.
A proactive, outcome-focused approach, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with loyalty platforms or partner-led ecosystems is advantageous but not essential.
