  • Collaborate with a diverse range of writers, designers, and creative professionals to bring innovative concepts to life (inside & outside of the internal team).
  • Adhere to and manage end-to-end production process for integrated campaigns, including digital, print, broadcast, and experiential projects
  • Delivering digital content for social media channels (YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok and LinkedIn) in line with the campaign content strategy and brand guidelines.
  • Develop and oversee project timelines and budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation and cost-effectiveness.
  • Supervise the production of a variety of creative assets, including video, audio, and digital content.
  • Ensure that all creative work meets brand guidelines and maintains high-quality standards, valuing diverse perspectives in our creative output.
  • Communicate thoughtfully with clients to understand their needs and offer creative solutions that resonate with a wide audience.

  • Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines while ensuring inclusivity in every project.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and diverse client needs.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools, utilising technology to promote inclusivity and diversity.
  • Expertise in budget management and financial reporting, ensuring equitable resource allocation.
  • Portfolio highlighting successful projects and campaigns that champion diversity and inclusivity.
