If you're looking for meaningful work and challenges that grow you in a culture where people show up with purpose, this is your opportunity.

Let’s build what’s next, together.

What you'll do:

Integrated Marketing Strategy Development: Fully own the integrated marketing strategy for your assigned markets. Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify and implement brand awareness and thought leadership campaigns.

Local Brand Awareness Campaigns: Lead the partnership with PR, Social, and Content teams to create and execute local brand awareness and thought leadership campaigns tailored to your market.

Marketing Plans: Take ownership of marketing plan development. Collaborate with regional marketing and HQ teams to provide consolidated inputs for annual and quarterly marketing plans and associated budgets.

Regional Field Support: As an integral member of our global marketing team and the designated IMM for your marketing, you are responsible for local activities and regional field support.

Localization of Corporate Campaigns: Fully oversee the localization of corporate brand awareness campaigns, product launches, content, and other marketing materials.

Regional Content Localization: Lead the translation and localization of content for the regional website and other marketing materials.

Thought Leadership Activities: Lead all thought leadership activities, coordinating both paid and earned activities in collaboration with your assigned markets and the segment HQ team.

Event Management: Take full responsibility for events management, working directly with regional events teams or HQ: budget management, synchronization with local customer facing teams & marketing teams and HQ marketing teams. Strategically use webinars, industry events, breakfast briefings, executive dinners, virtual events, and conferences/seminars, and customer events as a supporting tool for your assigned market.

Reporting, ROI & Continuous Improvement: Own performance reporting across all activities, measure and analyze ROI against defined KPIs and company OKRs, and drive continuous improvement through insights, learnings, and optimization of future plans and execution.
