ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a proactive, creative, and highly organised Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role blends event management, digital marketing, campaign delivery, and brand execution. It is ideal for someone who enjoys working across multiple marketing channels, building relationships, and delivering engaging experiences both online and in-person.

As a key member of the Marketing team, you will support the planning and execution of marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, audience engagement, and lead generation.

We are looking for someone who is energetic, adaptable, and keen to work across a variety of marketing activities. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy working with people, and be confident balancing both digital and event-driven work.

 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Event & Campaign Support

  • Plan, coordinate, and deliver events such as conferences, webinars, workshops, and product launches.
  • Ensure all events align with broader marketing campaigns and brand objectives.
  • Manage pre‑event promotion, attendee communications, and post‑event follow-up.
  • Track event performance and contribute to campaign reporting and analysis.

Digital Marketing

  • Support digital activity across email marketing, paid advertising, SEO, and website content updates.
  • Assist with campaign setup and monitoring across channels including Google Ads, social platforms, and email automation tools.
  • Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to measure performance and optimise future activity.
  • Help manage website content to ensure accuracy, relevance, and strong user engagement.

Relationship Building & Brand Representation

  • Engage confidently with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
  • Represent the brand at events, exhibitions, and meetings in a professional and personable manner.
  • Support social media activity and community engagement where required.
  • Build strong cross‑functional relationships to support integrated marketing efforts.

Webinars, Campaigns & Branding

  • Organise and coordinate webinars, including scheduling, promotion, technical setup, and follow‑up communications.
  • Assist with multi‑channel marketing campaigns, ensuring consistency of messaging, tone of voice, and brand identity.
  • Maintain brand standards across all marketing materials and touchpoints.
  • Contribute ideas for creative marketing initiatives and continuous improvement.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Experience in event coordination or event‑led marketing campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience with digital marketing channels (email, SEO, paid media, website management).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; confident building relationships and representing the brand.
  • Experience organising and delivering webinars or virtual events.
  • Understanding of branding principles and ability to apply brand guidelines effectively.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Comfortable analysing data and reporting on marketing performance.
  • A proactive, collaborative, and creative mindset.
