👀 The Role

Title: Integrated Marketing Planning Lead

Team: Growth

Location: UK (Hybrid)

We’re looking for an Integrated Marketing Planning Lead to sit at the centre of Midnite’s Growth organisation and own how marketing activity is planned, prioritised, and orchestrated across the business.

This role is responsible for building the operational engine behind integrated campaign delivery — ensuring that commercial opportunities translate into structured, coordinated, high-impact campaigns across every customer touchpoint. You’ll act as the connective layer between Commercial, Brand, Creative, Product, CRM, Paid Media, Social, and Partnerships teams, bringing clarity, structure, and momentum to complex cross-functional initiatives.

As Midnite scales internationally, this role will play a critical part in building scalable planning systems capable of operating across multiple markets and increasing campaign complexity.

Requirements

You will:

  • Own the end-to-end integrated campaign planning process across Growth
  • Operate and maintain a rolling 16-week campaign planning cycle
  • Build and manage a centralised campaign roadmap across teams
  • Translate commercial priorities into integrated multi-channel campaign plans
  • Coordinate briefing processes across Commercial, Creative, Brand, Product, CRM, Paid Media, Social, and Partnerships teams
  • Ensure campaigns are scoped, prioritised, and resourced effectively
  • Track campaign delivery progress and proactively resolve blockers or risks
  • Drive campaign governance and operational planning standards
  • Ensure cross-functional alignment on priorities, timelines, and deliverables
  • Support campaign planning across multiple international markets
  • Feed campaign learnings and performance insights back into future planning
  • Help shape scalable operational processes as Midnite continues to grow

The next Midniter:

  • Has experience operating within integrated marketing planning, campaign operations, or growth strategy functions
  • Understands how cross-functional marketing organisations operate at scale
  • Is highly organised with exceptional stakeholder management capability
  • Can bring structure and clarity to fast-moving, ambiguous environments
  • Has strong commercial awareness and prioritisation judgement
  • Is comfortable balancing governance with execution speed
  • Communicates clearly across technical, creative, commercial, and operational teams
  • Thrives coordinating complex projects across multiple stakeholders and timelines
  • Has experience improving operational processes and planning workflows
  • Is proactive, collaborative, and highly accountable

  • Private health insurance with zero excess, including optical cover and optional dental.
  • Income protection to protect your earnings and give you peace of mind.
  • Tenure holiday policy. After three years you receive an extra two days leave, increasing to 30 days annually after five years.
  • Flexible working and a fully supported home office setup so you can do your best work from home.
  • Nursery salary sacrifice scheme helping parents save thousands each year on nursery fees.
  • Salary sacrifice schemes for tech and holidays so you can spread the cost of the things you want.
  • Retail discounts and subscription perks across a wide range of brands.
