We’re hiring for an Integrated Delivery Partner as part of iProspect in London.

Purpose of the Role

This is a senior leadership role with transformation and people at its core, setting new standards for client delivery while empowering teams to thrive and grow. You’ll shape the future of programmatic and display activation by embedding best-in-class practices and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration. Working closely with clients, internal teams, and media partners, you’ll design strategies that not only drive performance but unlock new possibilities. Together, we’ll strengthen Dentsu’s position as a trailblazer in integrated, data-driven marketing, while building an environment where talent can flourish and ideas can lead the way.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications + Skills

  • Integrated Display & Programmatic Expertise: Drive advanced display and programmatic strategies, leveraging major DSPs and deep ad tech knowledge to deliver measurable campaign success.

  • Strategic & Commercial Impact: Achieve revenue and growth targets through smart pricing, accurate forecasting, and data-driven investment decisions that maximize profitability.

  • Leadership & Influence: Build and inspire high-performing teams while influencing senior stakeholders; confidently lead strategic conversations that shape client transformation.

  • Operational Excellence: Implement rigorous processes and data accuracy standards to ensure flawless delivery and continuous performance improvement.

  • Analytical & Insight-Driven: Convert complex data into actionable insights that optimize campaigns and elevate results across diverse accounts.

  • Relationship & Communication Strength: Forge trusted partnerships with clients, colleagues, and media owners through compelling storytelling, negotiation, and collaboration that drives long-term success.

What we offer

  • The team is based in our London office but operates under flexible working arrangements. The team are currently in the office every Tuesday and Thursday.
