What you’ll be doing:

You’ll be at the heart of our Direct Team, speaking to customers who are already engaged with us - warm, pre‑generated leads only. No cold calling!

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Making outbound calls to customers with existing quotes, renewals due, or lapsed policies

  • Handling inbound sales and service calls

  • Cross‑selling relevant insurance products

  • Quoting, binding, renewing and taking payment for policies

  • Managing live chat and email queries

  • Processing online quote referrals within your underwriting authority

  • Completing mid-term adjustments and issuing renewal invitations

  • Providing high-quality, people-first customer experiences every time

You’ll work towards both individual and team targets, with a clear incentive plan that rewards strong performance.

 What you’ll bring:

You’ll thrive in this role if you have:

  • Experience in sales, telesales, customer service or financial services

  • Confidence communicating by phone

  • Strong objection handling and negotiation skills

  • A results-focused attitude with a genuine desire to achieve

  • The ability to identify cross-sell opportunities

  • Excellent time management and ownership of your work

  • A people-first, customer-focused approach

Experience in insurance is helpful, but not essential - your attitude, personality and drive are what really matter.
