A fantastic opportunity has opened at CMC Markets for a Institutional Trade Support Analyst to join our London-based Institutional (CMC Connect) team.
This is a high-impact role supporting our Institutional client base across the full client lifecycle, from pre-sales testing and onboarding to ongoing trading facilitation and commercial configuration management. You will play a key role in ensuring seamless connectivity between institutional clients, third-party providers, and CMC’s internal technology teams.
Please note that this is an onsite role that will require you to work within our London office (near Liverpool street) 5 days on site per week.
Responsibilities:
Partnering closely with the CMC Connect team to support global technical onboarding, UAT, and the launch of new processes, technology and products
Supporting institutional electronic trading clients and maintaining connectivity across APIs, FIX, MT4/5 bridges and ECNs
Managing and monitoring system configurations and back-office elements of the Institutional technology stack
Collaborating with IT and key stakeholders to test and roll out enhancements across the development lifecycle
Contributing to Institutional IT and product strategy, planning and delivery
Supporting implementation of business controls around client setup and management
Working closely with Business Operations on daily Institutional processes
Building strong relationships internally and externally to ensure an exceptional client experience
Requirements:
Experience supporting an Institutional electronic trading business
Knowledge of derivatives and institutional markets (preferred)
Strong understanding of Web Services / APIs and FIX protocol
Experience managing business process change and technology implementations
Commercial awareness with a strong client-service mindset
Excellent analytical, problem-solving and reporting skills
Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities
High attention to detail with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines
A genuine interest in financial markets
