Role Dimensions
As Insights Manager, you will lead the data and insights agenda for the Convenience channel, defining and tracking performance across the areas and finding regional opportunities to help us deliver our commercial plan and grow market share. You will work in close partnership with the Off-trade Wholesale Controllers sharing insights to their teams, as well as ensuring clear reporting against business objectives. You will also have responsibility for understanding our customer and callage footprint by region, identifying areas for growth.
Top Accountabilities
- Establish best in class field reporting, tracking key internal and external metrics by region and identifying interventions or support required
- Build and maintain key reporting dashboards in partnership with Field & Wholesale teams to create one source of truth
- Analyse customer, consumer and outlet data by region to define opportunities prioritise outlet interventions
- Work in partnership with our Field Sales agency partners to define outlet benchmarks
- Lead operational effectiveness for regions, using customer and callage data to understand areas for optimisation in year
Ideal Experiences / Qualifications / capabilities
- Experience built in FMCG or other fast moving sector
- Strong analytical capability and attention to detail
- Track record of turning data into insight and action
- Being able to excel when dealing with complex data from multiple different sources and working within a fast-paced environment
- Known for building great relationships and partnering with different functions within the business
- Successful management of cross functional partners at all levels, resulting in strong and positive outcomes
- High curiosity for customer trends
