Summary 

We are seeking an Insights Client Success Executive to join our Client Development team. This is a strategic, client-facing role ideal for someone with solid consultative insight experience and a passion for building long-term, trusted relationships. 

You will work closely with CPG clients to embed customer insights into their decision-making, proactively identifying opportunities to deliver commercial impact. Your ability to translate data into compelling narratives and lead strategic conversations will be key to driving collaboration between suppliers and retailers. 

Responsibilities 

  • Build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with assigned CPG clients, acting as a trusted advisor and primary partner for insight-led collaboration.
  • Lead the delivery of client account plans through consultative presentations, strategic insight briefs, and value measurement frameworks.
  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights that influence client strategy and drive measurable outcomes.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across dunnhumby, retailer, and client stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of high-quality solutions.
  • Proactively identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, supporting commercial growth through insight-driven engagement.
  • Contribute to thought leadership and best practice development through case studies, content creation, and active participation in the Shopper Insights community.
  • Deliver training and enablement sessions to ensure clients are confident and effective in using dunnhumby’s tools and solutions.
  • Take ownership of your personal development, continuously growing your consultative and analytical capabilities while upholding our values and Code of Business Conduct. 

Qualifications 

  • Proven experience in strategic client relationship management, ideally within the CPG or retail sector.
  • Strong consultative skills with a track record of delivering insight-led solutions and influencing senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent analytical thinking and storytelling ability, with a focus on commercial impact.
  • Skilled in managing multi-market or complex projects involving cross-functional collaboration.
  • Proficiency in analytical tools and software relevant to insights and data analysis.
  • Comfortable leading client conversations and presenting to senior audiences.
  • Committed to continuous personal development and professional excellence.
