What you will do:
Analyze portfolio performance data across 1,000+ investments to identify fundraising trends and success signals.
Build feedback loops that connect investment committee decisions to actual outcomes to improve early-stage betting.
Conduct research to inform follow-on investment decisions from Seed to Series B alongside the deal team.
The ideal candidate:
2–4 years of experience at a top-tier strategy consultancy (MBB, Big 4 Strategy) or a VC/PE firm.
Exceptional analytical skills with mastery of Excel; experience with SQL, Python, or Tableau is a plus.
Structured problem-solver who can translate complex, messy datasets into clear, actionable narratives for stakeholders.
