What will you be doing?
This position sits within the Retail Team and focuses on delivering insight for the business and the client. The key objective is to deliver exceptional insight, supporting the specific business’ needs and objectives of the client. Success requires attention to detail, excellence in bringing insight to life, a strong and analytical background and a passion to think creatively.
Job Responsibilities
- Drive Client Growth: Identify and pursue opportunities to expand client relationships by aligning Circana’s data and software solutions with their strategic goals.
- Deliver Insight-Led Solutions: Translate complex data into actionable insights that help clients make informed decisions and achieve measurable outcomes.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with internal teams (e.g., Client Insights, Product, and Analytics) to deliver integrated solutions and ensure client success.
- Maintain Industry Expertise: Stay current on trends in [retail, CPG, or general merchandise] to position Circana as a thought leader and trusted advisor.
- Build Strategic Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across client organizations, including decision-makers and influencers.
- Utilize Sales Tools and Platforms: Leverage Circana’s proprietary platforms (e.g., Unify+, Liquid Data, Intelligence Suite) to support client engagements and solution delivery.
- Help to Achieve Revenue Targets: Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals.
- Champion Client Success: Ensure client satisfaction by proactively addressing challenges, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering consistent value.
- Support growth of product and data assets but continuously monitoring client activity with Circana solutions and brining new ideas to life.
- Support Innovation and Feedback: Provide market feedback to internal teams to help refine offerings and contribute to product development.
- Advanced Analytic Skills: Demonstrated ability to conceive, manage, and deliver fact-based analyses, with a focus on consumer solutions, providing clients with clear, actionable insights to inform strategy
Requirements
- Experience in building relationships with retail clients, demonstrating the best in class execution through reporting and insight together with a skill set of excellent collaboration at a professional level.
- Experience in working with retail data solutions and a good working knowledge of current analytics solutions including pricing and promotion solutions.
- Proven and proficient expertise in using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to deal with clients at mid-senior levels.
- A ‘can do’ mind-set and a forward-thinking approach to elevating the relationship between Circana and its client base through dedicated and client-centric focus.
- Competency and confidence in analysing large data sets and presenting detailed insight, together with outlining potential new solutions and wins for the client.
- The role is hybrid/remote but must be open to travelling to client’s offices and Circana’s Head Office

This position can be located in the following area(s): Remote/Home Based with travel to Client premises in London and Circana Head Office in Bracknell.
