As an Inside Sales Specialist, you’ll play a key role in supporting our customers remotely, ensuring they get the most out of our innovative diagnostic solutions.

What you’ll do

  • Manage a defined portfolio of laboratory clients remotely, with primary responsibility for customers in Norway and Denmark, driving customer satisfaction and loyalty

  • Act as the main point of contact for inquiries, orders, and support requests

  • Collaborate with internal teams (service, field sales, order management) to ensure smooth operations

  • Identify opportunities to expand Abbott’s solutions and improve customer efficiency

  • Monitor account performance and take action to maintain high customer satisfaction (NPS)

  • Support field teams with quotations and backlog management

What you bring

  • A good level of Norwegian, Danish, and English

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills

  • Interest in sales and customer success

  • Experience in inside sales or customer support is a plus

  • Background in Life Sciences, Medical Technology, or similar fields is an advantage

  • Comfortable using CRM tools and Microsoft Office
