Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and social media.
- Qualify leads, arrange appointments, and manage prospects through to successful deal closure.
- Recruit, onboard, and foster relationships with partners within your territory.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams on strategic partner plans and campaigns to drive revenue.
- Educate prospective clients and partners on Brivo’s security platform, compatible devices, and integrations.
- Deliver engaging demonstrations via phone and video, clearly communicating value and key differentiators.
- Prepare accurate quotes, respond to customer queries, provide timely sales forecasts, and support field sales colleagues with pre-sales activities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, activities, and opportunities using Salesforce CRM.
- Represent Brivo at industry events and trade shows to generate leads and expand our network.
- 1+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management (2+ years in channel sales within the security, technology, or SaaS sectors preferred).
- Familiarity with SaaS, solution-led selling, and a consultative sales approach.
- Consistent record of achieving or surpassing sales targets.
- Comfortable with cold outreach and outbound activity.
- Fluent in both English & German (written & verbal). Dutch and/or French fluency is a plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly.
- Collaborative team player with a self-motivated, independent working style.
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Proficiency with Salesforce CRM, Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides), and business communication tools.
- Ability to quickly learn new systems and technologies.
- Energetic, driven, and professional with a positive outlook.
- Demonstrates initiative and a strong sense of ownership.
