Job Description:

We are a Fintech Company with a disruptive SaaS solution across Financial sectors. You will be working with a high performing team and joining a forward-thinking company that invests heavily in training. Based in our Central London office, the environment is open plan and the team are friendly and passionate.

Role

The Digital Sales Development role is a high-profile role and is vital to the growth of the company. You will be responsible for arranging appointments for your colleagues in the wider Sales team to visit and demo to customers. This is a fun, exciting role and will vary but the core part of the role is an internal sales role and high call volumes are expected. You will be given some of the most innovative tools available along with training and development needed to be successful.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Achieve daily contact goals and monthly Qualified Sales Opportunity and meeting goals;

  • Deliver key promotional messages to a sophisticated target audience, primarily through telephone contact in addition to emails;

  • Maintain accurate records of all call activity in CRM system, Salesforce, and report call information, sales leads and customer profiles correctly and accurately in a timely manner;

  • Develop a high level of market, industry and role knowledge to enable peer-to-peer conversations and understand customer needs and requirements;

  • Build rapport and relationships external customers through prompt, courteous, efficient and professional service.

Qualifications

  • Degree qualification desirable, but not essential;

  • A strong, natural interest in finance would be an advantage.

Knowledge and Experience

  • Fluency in German and English is essential;

  • Significant experience in lead generating/appointment-making, with a solution-based approach;

  • Strong client service or telesales experience with solution selling methodology - technology solution sales experience will be highly regarded;

  • Demonstrated experience of meeting and exceeding targets;

  • Previous experience in a technology SaaS company would be a great advantage. Ideal background in the financial services/legal sectors.
