Role Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and commercially astute Inside Sales Executive to join our growing Tele-Sales team in London. This role will focus on generating new business opportunities across the European market by targeting key decision-makers within our strategic sectors. You will act as the first point of contact for potential clients, identifying real estate triggers, uncovering project requirements, and booking qualified meetings for our Business Development and Client Relations teams.

This is a fast-paced, target-driven role ideal for someone who thrives on making connections, spotting opportunities, and influencing outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and target key accounts across Europe in line with Unispace’s go-to-market strategy
  • Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn to engage decision-makers in real estate, workplace, and facilities functions
  • Qualify leads based on project potential, timelines, and strategic fit before passing them to Business Development teams
  • Book meetings and introductory calls on behalf of the sales team with accurate handover notes and meeting preparation
  • Monitor key market activity (e.g., relocations, lease breaks, funding rounds, leadership changes) to spot timely opportunities
  • Maintain accurate data and prospect status within Salesforce CRM
  • Work closely with the Head of Tele-Sales and Sales Enablement to optimise outreach sequences, messaging, and targeting
  • Provide regular reporting on outreach volumes, engagement rates, and meeting conversion
  • Participate in weekly team meetings and share market intelligence, best practices, and key wins
  • Meet and exceed monthly KPIs for outbound activity, lead quality, and booked meetings

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in B2B sales or tele-sales, preferably in Design & Build, commercial fit-out, or related sectors (e.g., real estate, property services)
  • Fluent English required; additional European languages (e.g., French, German, Spanish, Italian) are a strong advantage
  • Excellent communication skills with a professional and confident phone manner
  • Resilient and tenacious — able to handle rejection and stay motivated
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, particularly in CRM data entry and follow-ups
  • Target-driven mindset with a passion for sales and business development
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and prospecting tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, ZoomInfo)
  • Team player who thrives in a collaborative, high-performance sales culture

Why Join Us?

  • Join a globally recognised brand in the commercial interiors industry
  • Be part of a high-energy, supportive sales environment where your contribution is visible and valued
  • Competitive base salary with performance-based commission and incentives
  • Structured onboarding, product training, and development pathways
  • Work from a vibrant, modern studio in central London with regular team events and socials
