Job Description

What will you be doing? 

We're on the lookout for a super ambitious person who is eager to continue to develop their sales career within a tight-knit, world class sales team. However, we're not just about sales; we're revolutionizing the market with our cutting-edge POS terminals and trailblazing value-added software. Our mission? To empower small and medium businesses with tools that truly make a difference, setting us apart in the industry. To do that, we’re looking for someone to:

  • Respond to inbound leads, turning every call into a into an opportunity to match clients with our unique merchant payment solutions and software. 

  • Forge connections with new customers, introducing them to our game-changing products and services 

  • Be a guiding light, empowering clients with knowledge and solutions tailored to their unique needs 

  • Be a problem-solver, addressing queries and smoothing out any hiccups in the customer experience 

  • Innovate and organise, contributing to a seamless workflow and enhanced merchant experiences 

Qualifications

What are we looking for? 

Your mission is to not only close a large volume of deals but also create lasting partnerships and support with the overall satisfaction and success of our customers by truly understanding their needs. To do that, we’re looking for people with the following attributes:

  • More than 1 year of inside sales experience within a fast-paced organisation 

  • A customer-centric mindset with a desire to go above and beyond your targets 

  • Effective time management and organisation skills 

  • A competitive spirit and a great team player 

  • Strong resilience with the ability to overcome objections 

  • A desire to learn and continue to develop 

  • Fluency in English, any other languages are a plus! 

  • Engaging in a high-paced, high-volume sales environment with frequent calls throughout the day.

  • Maintaining consistent, intensive phone activity to reach daily call targets and engage with multiple clients.

Additional Information

What can we offer you? 

  • On top of your basic salary, you will be able to earn uncapped commission with typical on-target earnings of £40-50,000 in your first year
