ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure & Support Lead to join our Technology team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of infrastructure and support engineers in a cloud environment. Reporting to and partnering closely with the Head of Technology, you will help shape infrastructure strategy and deliver solutions that directly support business operations.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:

–      Lead and mentor a team of infrastructure and support engineers in a cloud-first environment

–      Collaborate with the Head of Technology on infrastructure strategy, planning, and execution

–      Continuously evaluate and implement emerging technologies to improve reliability and efficiency

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM (QUALIFICATIONS):

–    5+ years of experience in infrastructure or support roles, including team leadership

–    Strong organizational and planning skills, with a track record of leading teams to success

–    Excellent verbal and written communication skills

–    Previous experience in financial services, hedge funds, investment banking, or (re)insurance preferred

–    Deep expertise in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, Digital Ocean, or GCP

–    Willingness and ability to travel to offices in Bermuda, London, and the US

WHAT WE OFFER:

–      Total Compensation between £175,000-£225,000
