Job Title: Infra and DevOps Engineer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Junior Infra and DevOps Engineer to support application and infrastructure operations within the AppWorks Framework (AWF) environment. The role focuses on managing on-premise DevOps pipelines, supporting infrastructure for OpenText AppWorks BPM, and ensuring smooth deployment and system reliability. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with CI/CD tools, scripting, and enterprise application environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins
- Support and maintain on-premise DevOps environments
- Perform infrastructure setup, configuration, and support for OpenText AppWorks BPM
- Develop and maintain automation scripts (Bash and Windows batch)
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot infrastructure issues
- Collaborate with development and application teams for deployment and release activities
- Maintain version control and repository management using Bitbucket
Required Skills:
- 3–5 years of experience in DevOps or Infrastructure roles
- Strong experience in on-premise (non-cloud) DevOps environments
- Hands-on experience with Jenkins CI/CD pipelines
- Proficiency in Bash scripting and Windows batch scripting
- Experience with OpenText AppWorks infrastructure
- Knowledge of MS SQL Server
- Familiarity with SQL, Java, and JavaScript
- Experience working in Open Systems (Windows/Linux) environments
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Exposure to IBM Datacap
- Knowledge of BPM (Business Process Management) tools
- Familiarity with Case Manager and BAW (Business Automation Workflow)
- Experience with FileNet
