The Third-Party Specialist is responsible for reviewing and auditing third-party vendors to ensure compliance with organizational policies, industry regulations, and their contractual obligations with Sportradar.

The role involves conducting detailed reviews and audits with provision of recommendations and reports to mitigate identified issues.


Key job responsibilities

Vendor Reviews and Audits

  • Conduct regular reviews and audits of third-party vendors to assess their compliance with contractual terms, organizational policies, and regulatory requirements
  • Develop and implement audit and reviews programs to evaluate the performance, security, and risk management practices of vendors
  • Prepare detailed audit reports with findings, risks, and recommendations for remediation.

Compliance Monitoring

  • Support the vendor onboarding team during due diligence assessment when necessary
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements in vendor management and audit practices
  • Continuously monitor third-party vendors to ensure ongoing compliance with contractual obligations and industry regulations
  • Stay updated on changes in regulatory requirements, industry best practices and business needs, adjusting audit and review processes as needed.

 Stakeholder Communication:

  • Act as a liaison between internal stakeholders and third-party vendors, facilitating effective communication
  • Provide regular updates to senior management on audit outcomes, vendor performance, risks, and compliance status.

Required qualifications, experience, and skills.

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in vendor management, audits, contract reviews vendor’s compliance and due diligence
  • Understanding of information security practices and principles, and audits standards
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data, and make evidence driven decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with vendors and internal stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
