Information Security Analyst

Are you passionate about protecting data and driving operational excellence in a dynamic, people-first environment? We’re looking for an Information Security Analyst to join our collaborative team and help strengthen our organisation’s resilience against evolving cyber threats.

What you’ll do
As an Information Security Analyst, you’ll play a key role in safeguarding our systems and data. You’ll:

• Investigate security incidents and monitor for inappropriate activity or unauthorised access

• Support leaver monitoring and data theft detection

• Collaborate with teams across the business to understand and meet their security needs

• Provide operational reports to leadership and governance bodies

• Lead and support continuous improvement and security projects

• Identify and recommend operational enhancements

What we’re looking for

• A solid understanding of incident response processes

• Experience in IT operations and project delivery

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Analytical mindset with good log analysis capabilities

• Adaptability and a proactive approach to problem-solving

Desirable:

• Experience in professional services or partnership environments

• Client or partner-facing experience

• Certified Data Privacy Officer or equivalent qualification
