The role
We are currently recruiting for an Information Manager for an up and coming public sector project in the Gloucestershire region.
What will you do
- Procedure and protocols – Across projects within role scope, you will develop and maintain project information management strategy, including our approach to delivering our clients IDP, TIDP and MIDP.
- Provide leadership in establishing and communicating our digital and information management processes.
- Manage the digital and information management delivery within a timely manner ensure the maximum outcomes for the client and Lendlease.
- Create training plans and implement and record to ensure all Lendlease people and supporting collaborators understand and are capable in delivering information management requirements.
- Information Management - Liaise and drive the project to ensure that the right people get the right information at the right time.
- Ensure information security is applied and monitored to match our clients’ requirements.
- Ensure quality is at a consistently high level and pro-actively identify quality issues.
- Accountable for the implementation and compliance with all Lendlease safety requirements across staff, contractors and work practices ensuring appropriate records are maintained and required reports are available.
- Recognise and reward safe behaviours and practices.
- Build and maintain external relationships (e.g. clients, contractors/subcontracts) to increase networks and manage the performance and development of the project team through coaching, mentoring and building required skill sets to ensure that staff are adequately resourced to perform.
You will bring
- First-hand knowledge/experience of Viewpoint 4P and similar systems.
- Hands on experience with Information Management processes
- Good knowledge of ISO 19650, and other relevant UK BIM standards
- CSCS card holder
- Good knowledge of construction industry
- Detail focussed and meticulous with the process management.
- Develop and maintain relationships with trust and confidence
- Understanding of programme duration and sequencing of works of relevant aspects of construction
- Experienced with and capable of being part of a bid team and undertaking pre-construction planning
- Demonstrate an ability to be flexible in recognising where working methods require adapting and changing to suit a change in project needs or new challenges
- Demonstrate an ability to ensure delivery of work packages and in places betterment of commercial targets
