Are you passionate about social media and influencer marketing in a fast-paced retail environment? If so, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

We’re looking for an experienced Influencer Executive to join the in-house Asda Social team and lead the day-to-day execution of organic influencer content. Reporting to the Organic Social & Influencer Manager, you’ll play a key role in onboarding talent and working closely with our influencer agency to drive engagement and advocacy through high-performing, social-first content.

You’ll act as a central point of contact for influencer activity across Campaigns, PR, Trading, Paid Social, Local Marketing and wider brand teams- ensuring alignment and maximising the impact of our influencer partnerships.

You will; 

  • Act as the key contact for influencers, talent and agency partners - building strong, long-term relationships
  • Lead the day-to-day management and execution of influencer campaigns, ensuring content is delivered on time and to brief
  • Own influencer briefing, collaborating with agencies to identify the right talent using data and insights
  • Stay ahead of platform trends (TikTok, YouTube, etc.) and shape best-in-class, social-first creative 
  • Work cross-functionally with Campaigns, PR, Paid Social and wider teams to oversee and consult on talent collaborations,  ensuring alignment and consistent messaging across all channels
  • Manage relationships with talent agents and support contract negotiations where required
  • Collaborate with Social Insights teams and agencies to analyse performance, identify optimisation opportunities, and inform future planning
  • Support budget management and ensure efficient use of influencer spend

 

"Let’s find out about you" 

  • 2 years’ experience in influencer marketing, including in-house and agency management of talent
  • Experience using Influencer Tools i.e. Creator IQ, IMAI, Companion, etc. 
  • Strong network of influencers, talent agents and industry contacts
  • Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with diverse stakeholders
  • Proven ability to deliver influencer campaigns aligned to business and brand objectives
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across cross-functional teams
  • Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Confident presenting ideas and recommendations clearly and concisely
  • Proactive, creative thinker with a strong understanding of social and influencer trends
