As a German-speaking Influencer Sales Executive, you will be the commercial engine for the DACH market. You’ll identify, negotiate, and manage high-performing talent across social platforms to drive massive traffic and sales through strategic campaign activations.

What you will do:

  • Source and discover new influencer talent, creators, and celebrities across multiple social platforms to build a robust pipeline for the DACH region.

  • Negotiate and deliver end-to-end campaign activations, ensuring all partnerships are commercially viable and aligned with performance KPIs.

  • Use data-driven insights to monitor campaign performance, optimizing outreach strategies to consistently exceed monthly sales and growth targets.

The ideal candidate:

  • Native or business-level fluency in German with exceptional communication and negotiation skills to manage international talent relationships.

  • Proven background in sales or influencer marketing with a resilient, results-oriented mindset and a track record of meeting commercial targets.

  • Highly organized self-starter who thrives in fast-paced startup environments and possesses a genuine passion for environmental sustainability and trends.
