Purpose of the Role
The Influencer Platform Manager supports the Head of Influence, EMEA in managing all influencer marketing platforms, tools, and systems used across the region. The role ensures that markets leverage technology consistently and effectively to streamline workflows, reduce operational friction, and deliver impactful influencer marketing work.
This position partners closely with in‑market teams, vendors, and dentsu Influence leadership to maintain best‑in‑class platform usage, drive operational excellence, and continuously improve the region’s influencer marketing capabilities.
What you’ll do
Platform Management & Governance
- Design, maintain, and evolve standardized systems, taxonomies, workflows, and usage guidelines across all influencer platforms (internal and third-party).
- Oversee day-to-day platform performance, including troubleshooting, system configuration, and process maintenance.
- Act as the primary point of contact for platform vendors, managing issue resolution, product escalations, and API integrations.
- Coordinate and monitor product development, integrations, and feature rollouts, ensuring progress is communicated clearly to relevant teams.
- Lead the onboarding and integration of new platforms, ensuring smooth implementation and alignment with regional needs.
Enablement, Training & Best Practice
- Create and maintain user documentation, including process guides, playbooks, and onboarding materials.
- Upskill regional and in‑market teams through training sessions, demos, and hands‑on guidance to support adoption and consistent usage.
- Build strong relationships with in‑market peers to support operational efficiency and best practice sharing across EMEA.
Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement
- Support the Head of Influence in delivering solutioning workshops for internal teams and clients, including planning, logistics, and content preparation.
- Conduct process analysis with markets to identify operational gaps and recommend improvements.
- Support the design, rollout, and measurement of operational management systems, workflows, and performance standards in alignment with dentsu Influence’s operating vision.
- Create and manage demo environments and test accounts to support new business pitches and internal innovation.
Cross-Market Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the operational bridge between dentsu Influence leadership, vendors, and market teams for regional platform alignment and product development feedback loops.
- Understand the needs of internal partners and clients, ensuring platform usage and workflows effectively address those needs.
- Drive consistent platform adoption across all EMEA markets, enabling improved delivery quality, reduced inefficiency, and increased speed to market.
What you’ll bring
- Experience with influencer marketing platforms, digital ecosystems, or marketing tech systems.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; able to translate user needs into technical or workflow solutions.
- Experience managing technology vendors or supporting platform integrations.
- Excellent communication skills and comfort leading training, demos, and documentation creation.
- Highly organized, operationally minded, and able to work independently with multiple markets and stakeholders.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with evolving tools and requirements.
