What you’ll be doing

  • Lead and develop the global influencer marketing strategy and implementation program, connecting seamlessly with our UGC approach.
  • Partner closely with Integrated Planning and Content Leads to deliver social-first activations across brands.
  • Support key markets (UK, Nordics, DACH, Benelux) with influencer partnerships, setting best-in-class standards and execution.
  • Cultivate long-term relationships with high-impact influencers, creators, and brand ambassadors.
  • Stay ahead of trends, algorithm updates, and emerging voices to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Manage influencer contracts to ensure brand fit, compliance, and measurable value.
  • Oversee the full lifecycle of influencer campaigns—from creative planning and briefing, through execution, to post-campaign analysis.
  • Define KPIs and performance metrics to track campaign success across engagement, awareness, and sales.
  • Work cross-functionally with brand, digital, and performance marketing teams to embed influencer marketing into integrated campaigns.
  • Own and optimize the global influencer marketing budget for maximum reach, impact, and ROI.
Requirements
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience leading influencer marketing in FMCG, consumer goods, e-commerce, or other fast-paced, digital-first environments.
  • Strong international influencer network across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and beyond.
  • Skilled negotiator with the ability to build long-term, trust-based partnerships.
  • Strategic mindset with hands-on execution skills—able to move seamlessly between vision and delivery.
  • Proactive, entrepreneurial, and comfortable in high-growth, fast-moving environments.
  • Experienced in managing large-scale campaigns both independently and collaboratively.
  • Beauty or Wellness category experience is an advantage, but not essential.
