In this role, you will help to drive the UKI & EMEA regions in delivering impactful influencer marketing activity that grows brand awareness, inspires consumer engagement and maximises commercial impact. This role requires a pro-active and self-starter approach with previous experience in influencer marketing essential.

The ideal candidate is forward-thinking and agile, is immersed in the world of social media and its ever-changing landscape. They will have a thorough understanding of influencer marketing as a channel to drive brand growth and commercial opportunity. The candidate should enjoy the fast-paced nature of influencer marketing, be well-versed in content creator needs and managing multiple cross-channel influencer campaigns, simultaneously.

The role requires diligent project management, an ability to self-prioritise, strong communication skills and confidence building relationships. A passion for brand-building in the luxury space is key. You will report directly to the Senior Brand & Influencer Marketing Manager UKI & EMEA.

WHAT YOU DO:

  • Manage influencer campaigns end-to-end.  Identify and curate talent to support key launches. A combination of creative ideation, always thinking earned first and strategic laydown capabilities.
  • Negotiate rates and deliverables to maximise engagement, manage legal contracting, ensure comprehensive briefings and oversee content delivery.
  • Build out the influencer database. In collaboration with the PR & Comms teams, research and identify influencers and cultural tastemakers within beauty and key lifestyle verticals, as identified by the brand teams. Curate a tiered network of influencers who are a strong brand fit and commercial drivers. Build relationships with talent managers and key contacts at social networks.
  • Monitor and analyse the performance of all influencer / creator campaigns, benchmarking against prior campaigns, reporting on ROI and share of voice. Develop and deliver comprehensive reports on marketing performance, using key tools to extract data-driven insights to optimise future strategies.
  • Keep up to date with industry developments, trends, platforms, and best practices to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, both locally and globally, to align influencer marketing efforts with overall brand goals. Support retail marketing activities as needed (events, pop-ups, exclusive content), deliver reults in line with channel and regional market goals.
  • Support with paid social best practice, to amplify influencer / creator content, to reach new / targeted audiences and sustain virality around campaigns, driving an uplift in organic and direct traffic
  • Manage organic influencer activations from ideation to execution, including the production of regional influencer mailers, and local community-building events.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5+ years’ experience in influencer marketing, with a proven track record of managing successful campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, particularly Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and emerging platforms.
  • Experience using influencer marketing tools such as Tribe Dynamics & Creator IQ.
  • Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • Experience in the beauty, retail, luxury industries is highly preferred.
