About the team:

The influencer marketing team is the growth engine of The Beauty Tech Group and works at the intersection of influencer marketing and partnerships. The team is responsible for discovering and managing talent of all sizes and across all platforms to drive traffic, awareness and sales through campaign activations.

As an Influencer Marketing Executive working across our DACH territory you will report to the Influencer Marketing Manager, supporting the creation of a world class influencer marketing strategy and helping to deliver a partnership strategy that supports growth of the business from a brand and commercial perspective. 

Key responsibilities:

  • Support the Influencer Marketing team in executing influencer marketing strategies within the DACH region.
  • Assist with identifying and building relationships with influencers and content creators
  • Coordinate influencer partnerships and collaborations
  • Exciting opportunity to travel across the DACH region and support our team in organising key events
  • Monitor and analyse influencer campaign performance and provide insights
  • Assist in preparing reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor activities
  • Support the team with day to day administrative tasks

Candidate requirements:

  • Must be fluent in German (both written and spoken)
  • Preferably degree qualified within a Marketing discipline, Modern Languages or related field
  • Interest in beauty and influencer marketing
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Flexible and eager to learn
  • Previous experience in influencer marketing is a plus

2nd Stage – A one-hour interview where you can expect competency questions. In most cases this is held in person.
