We are seeking an experienced Influencer Marketing Director with a proven ability to operationalize large-scale, ROI-driven influencer programs. This role is for a strategic leader who is passionate about the intersection of technology, culture, and influencer marketing. As Influencer Marketing Director, you’ll be responsible for designing and executing high-impact marketing initiatives that leverage influencers and cultural trends to elevate our brand. You will lead a team focused on achieving measurable outcomes in brand awareness, engagement, and revenue growth.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement scalable, ROI-focused influencer marketing strategy to drive measurable business results across multiple regions.
  • Strategically identify and engage with high-impact influencers, artists, and brands that align with our brand and target audience.
  • Design and execute influencer-led campaigns that generate engagement, increase brand affinity, and support conversions.
  • Set up and manage a strategic seeding program to get products into the hands of high-impact influencers, cultural leaders, and trendsetters, ensuring maximum visibility and organic engagement.
  • Track and analyse program performance through key metrics like ROI, EMV, and customer acquisition cost, continuously optimising to maximise ROI and impact.
  • Act as a brand ambassador in cultural spaces, building relationships with key figures and communities to elevate the brand's presence and relevance.
  • Serve as a central strategic resource for regional teams, providing guidance, best practices, and resources to ensure consistent and effective execution of influencer and culture marketing initiatives worldwide.
  • Lead, develop, and inspire a global culture marketing team, setting clear KPIs and fostering a high-performance culture focused on innovation, collaboration, and accountability.


Requirements:

  • Significant experience in influencer and culture marketing, with a track record of scaling programs for measurable ROI, ideally within the tech or consumer electronics industry
  • Strong expertise in data analysis and marketing analytics, with an ability to translate insights into actionable strategies
  • Deep knowledge of pop culture, internet culture, and social media trends, with a strategic mindset for influencing audience behaviour
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, particularly within the influencer and cultural sectors
  • Proven ability to manage and develop a high-performing team, with a focus on driving business outcomes
  • Results-driven, with a clear focus on achieving KPIs and revenue growth
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred
