Purpose:

The primary purpose of this position will be to support the Influencer Marketing and Community Manager in the development and implementation of the EMEA influencer strategy across the key markets in Europe. This is a hands-on campaign and talent/agent relations management role, and requires a proactive, passionate, resilient, and charismatic individual. This position will partner closely with the Global Digital Communications team in New York, to ensure the European needs are understood and met and that there is a strong alignment between HQ and EMEA.

The role will report to the Influencer Marketing and Community Manager.

What You’ll Do:

INFLUENCER MARKETING & COMMUNITY

  • Coordinate the development of, maintenance and expansion of content creator and influencer talent, their agents and creative/media agencies relationships and database, ensuring the right fit for the brand and objective
  • Build a targeted content creators, influencer, talent agents and creative agencies active and up-to-date database that reflects the latest industry trends
  • Product seeding, sendouts and gifting as agreed and according to the strategy
  • Develop seasonal gifting and paid partnership strategies aligned with key investments and brand moments
  • Complete end-to-end talent management: talent creative content briefing, talent negotiation, closing a deal, contracting, and ensuring all content is posted within schedule
  • Partner with external agencies with the goal of building influencer programs that drive social media engagement
  • Work with legal team to develop talent specific contract templates and ensure all talent are contracted for their deliverables
  • Coordinate budget trackers and managing talent payments
  • Track and report on KPI’s across all initiatives via our influencer marketing platform.
  • Ensure influencers adhere to brand guidelines

GENERAL

  • Help contribute to competitor report on media, digital and social activity, industry trends, market insights and cultural nuances
  • Keep abreast of key digital platforms trends and innovation bringing solutions to drive creativity and effectiveness of campaigns
  • Contribute to budget tracker management, invoicing, vendor set up
  • Support the Manager in post campaign analysis and reporting

You’ll Need to Have:

  • Strong relationships with agents and talent directly
  • Strong organisational skills with ability to prioritise
  • Experience in writing briefs, negotiating, contracting
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Fashion / luxury background. Genuine interest in retail, fashion and/or luxury industry 
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong understanding of social platforms (Youtube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok etc.) and current trends
