Why be an Influencer Executive at THG?

The Influencer Executive for our EU territory will be a proactive, creative and hardworking individual who's passionate about influencer marketing. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing influencer collaborations from onboarding to reporting and the ability to create content briefs that align with wider marketing channels across EU territories including Germany, France and the Netherlands.

 

As an Influencer Executive for the EU team, you'll:

  • Recruiting highly relevant influencer talent for LOOKFANTASTIC within our EU markets
  • Engaging with influencers across a variety of social channels, either directly or through their agent representation
  • Negotiating the terms of collaboration and ensuring seamless onboarding
  • Working with the wider marketing teams to build best-in-class activations
  • Influencer mapping - using our in-house tools and social media platforms to identify potential collaboration opportunities


What Skills and Experience do I need?

  • Must be German or Dutch native
  • A genuine interest in Influencer Marketing and an ambition to be at the forefront of this exciting area of digital marketing.
  • An understanding of how influencers and wider community can play a key role in building brand awareness, affinity, content creation and driving commercial value across EU markets.
  • Knowledge of both current and emerging global platforms including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Blogs, etc.
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation and organisational skills.
  • A proactive self-starter with a problem-solving attitude.
