Summary: The role of Influencer Assistant is a dynamic role, where you will have a passion for communications, conversations and the power of influencers and social media and a strong knowledge of major social platforms and their algorithims. Have the ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines and projects simultaneously whilst ensuring attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Be proactive and self motivated to work independently as needed, whilst being confident to work collaboratively as a team player with the PR department and relevant internal teams.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Co-ordinate maintenance, growth and consistent review of influencer database
- Co-ordination and organization of regular mailshot gifting
- Ensuring monthly community targets are actioned and complete
- Bi-annual audits of influencer database and organizing comms around audit
- Working with suppy chain department to ensure smooth delivery of all gifting across regions and internal mailshots are actioned appropriately
- Consistent communication with creators across EU/UK ie. replying to product requests, send outs
- Ensuring seasonal gifting database is current and gifting organized in timely fashion
- Responsibility of influencer platforms, ensuring consistent updates, grouping and compiling relevant information to formulate insightful reporting
- Ensure all PR agencies are equipped with timely assets and relevant information on regular basis
- Support PR Team across additional administration and day to day activation e.g sharing assets/stock orders and providing support as required
- Research: keep up to date with trends, emerging platforms and competitive influencers in the industry.
- Ideally 1 years experience of strong administrative support
- Passionate about digital trends and influencer culture
- Good knowledge of Beauty influencers
- Good knowledge & understanding of Instagram, Tik Tok, YouTube and other social media platforms
- Natural communicator
- Proactive and self motivated
- Great multi-tasker who works well under pressure and is organised
- Operating with discipline and attention to detail
- Excellent teamwork skills
- Well-organized and detail-oriented
