Location:
Able to commute to the London office location regularly (hybrid work schedule, 3 or more days per week)
Index Team, What We Do:
We are seeking a versatile intern who is intelligent, eager, personable, independent, assertive and able to work in a fast-paced, time sensitive, financial and technological environment. The intern will be involved in numerous projects and daily tasks within the Cboe Global Indices (CGI) team involving data analysis, new index launches, lifecycle management and automation goals.
Requirements:
- Undergraduate or graduate student working towards a degree in business, finance, computer science, quantitative analysis or a related field
- Strong knowledge of Python
- Strong communication skills
- Strong research and analysis skills
- Working knowledge of other Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel
- Attention to detail, curious and eager to learn
- Not afraid to get stuck in tasks you’ve never done
- Knowledge of Index calculation and lifecycle a bonus
- Knowledge of Corporate Actions a bonus
