Index Client Success Specialist

ISS STOXX is hiring! We seek a passionate experienced individual in the financial service industry to support our business development efforts across EMEA markets for our suite of STOXX and DAX index solutions.

The Index Client Success Specialist is a pivotal position that focuses on delivering exceptional account and relationship management to our esteemed clients. The Index Client Success Specialist will oversee various aspects of the post-sales process, including onboarding, training, client service, and ongoing engagement. The ultimate goal is to cultivate and nurture client relationships, thereby maximizing the renewal of existing client revenue and enabling future growth.

Your role in helping us shape the future:

As an Index Client Success Specialist your primary focus will be on efficiently and professionally manage a subset of our strategic accounts and make sure they get the most out of our solutions. Additionally, you will be expected to have a thorough understanding of index products, methodologies, and calculation processes.

This role is highly visible within the organization as you will need to work with different teams to achieve this and deliver the best possible client experience.

You will have the opportunity to develop deep client relationships by participating in prospecting calls, onboarding clients and proactively follow-ups on their questions and product interests.


Our ideal candidate for this role is:

  • Someone who has worked in the financial services industry for 5+ years. Preferably with Institutional Investors.

  • A service-oriented individual with a strong sense of ownership of client issues and an interest in building long-lasting relationships.

  • Able to build and maintain relationships amongst existing clients

  • Proactive and has a positive attitude with a "whatever it takes" approach to increase client satisfaction.

  • Professional and courteous when communicating.

  • Eager to learn, develop and execute in a changing corporate environment.

  • Easy to adapt to changes with a mindset of questioning the status quo, proposing and following up on potential process improvements.

  • Someone with strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects under tight, short-term deadlines as well as to adjust to multiple demands and shifting priorities.

  • Someone who can work efficiently with diverse cultures on a global team.

  • A curious individual with a strong interest in the financial markets and index industry.

  • Fluent in English.

  • Fluency in German and/or French is highly desirable.

  • A degree in Finance, Economics or Mathematics is highly desirable.
