Hybrid –Basingstoke or Dorking 2-3 days a week minimum

We are seeking an Incident and Problem Manager to lead and transform our incident and problem management function. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring adherence to ITIL best practices, as well as company-specific policies and procedures, driving continuous improvement within the IT service management framework. The successful candidate will have strong experience in leading Incident and Problem Management and be ITIL qualified to at least Foundation. Excellent customer-facing skills are essential along with a passion for service delivery as you will play a crucial role in maintaining service excellence. 

You will be instrumental in minimising the impact of IT disruptions on business operations by ensuring the swift resolution of incidents and proactively addressing underlying issues to prevent recurrence. 

You will oversee the investigation and resolution of incidents, ensuring services are restored as quickly as possible to reduce downtime. As the primary point of contact for incident-related communications, you will keep stakeholders informed and escalate incidents to the relevant technical teams when necessary. Leading post-incident reviews, you will analyse root causes, assess impact, and implement preventative measures while maintaining thorough documentation for knowledge sharing.
