You must be available for the whole duration of the programme. The role will close on Monday 30th March at 10am.

The purpose of this role is to partner with regional retailers to influence and optimise their range and space decisions, ensuring their fixtures reflect both shopper needs and commercial opportunity. Job Description

MMO Range review project

Partner closely with one of our key MMO retailers to lead a full category range review, analysing current planograms, sales data, and competitor ranges to identify performance gaps and growth opportunities.

Develop a clear understanding of the customer’s category vision and wider business strategy, aligning the range review to their commercial objectives (e.g. space optimisation, premiumisation, availability, shopper missions).

Leverage internal and external data sources to assess what is driving performance across category and translate insight into actionable range and merchandising recommendations, including SKU rationalisation, new product listings, space allocation, fixture layout, and secondary siting opportunities.

Lead collaborative range review sessions with the retailer, confidently presenting recommendations, handling objections, and aligning on next steps and implementation timelines.

Evaluate post-review outputs, tracking distribution changes and space gains to measure success for Red Bull and the wider category.

Work cross-functionally with field sales and activation teams to ensure agreed planograms are executed accurately in store and deliver the intended commercial impact.

Co-Driver

Support the planning of a Co-Driver event designed to educate retailers on category trends, shopper behaviour, and proven growth levers.

Liaise with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to manage logistics, costings, content development, and timelines, ensuring plan is within budget.

Analyse category and market data to generate clear, digestible insights for Co-Driver WhatsApp communications, highlighting growth opportunities, best practice execution, and relevant seasonal focuses.

Collaborate directly with retailers to gather case studies and testimonials demonstrating successful implementation of category initiatives and best-in-class activations.

Translate retailer success stories into engaging, insight-led content for WhatsApp distribution, reinforcing key messages and encouraging broader adoption across the customer base.

Qualifications

A genuine interest in the retail landscape, with curiosity about shopper behaviour and trends within the food and drinks category.

Strong analytical capability, with confidence using data and reporting tools (advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills essential) to turn numbers into clear insights.

Highly self-motivated and proactive, with the drive to take ownership of projects and deliver them end-to-end.

Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build credible, trusted relationships both internally and externally.

Clear, confident communicator with the ability to translate insight into compelling, commercially focused storytelling.
