At Salesloft, our Implementations is pivotal to our company’s success.  You will be a key member of our fast-growing and high-performing Consulting Services team whose primary goal is to successfully on-board each customer, establishing a solid foundation for their future success.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: 

We are seeking a motivated, results-oriented, forward-looking team player who can help us grow and mature our Consulting services organization while ensuring the highest quality onboarding experience for our customers.

On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for establishing the solid foundation that drives customers’ future successes. You will play a critical role in the success of the Consulting Services team. Providing process recommendations, Salesloft configurations, CRM recommendations, technical expertise, sales strategy, sales enablement and training, product adoption and proactive communication - all with one goal in mind: ensuring successful business outcomes for our customers.

Expectations for this role are to take on challenges and soak up as much as possible. A successful Implementations Consultant is constantly learning and building technical skills and acumen, Sales/Marketing/Revenue Operations and Business experience, and hard and soft consulting skills.

Salesloft’s Consulting Services team is composed of both seasoned and up-and-coming consultants who are all aligned on one mission: to redefine the Sales Engagement space and activate the authentic seller in all of us. THE SKILL SET:

  • Previous experience in a sales, SaaS, or similar Sales Engagement company
  • 1+ years of experience in project management, implementation, consulting, sales engagement, and/or training/enablement
  • Experience using Salesforce and/or Microsoft Dynamics
  • Experience in a billable/time tracking environment preferred
  • Exceptional levels of customer empathy, managing expectations to consistently deliver high customer satisfaction, build strong customer relationships
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage a book of business and support client needs and expectations
  • Be able to build strong relationships with your customers while partnering closely with Support, Customer Success, Sales, and Product departments.
  • Disciplined, flexible, and autonomous work habits; we don't micromanage
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

WITHIN ONE MONTH, YOU'LL: 

  • Attend Salesloft’s New Hire Orientation, where you will learn our Salesloft story and understand what makes our “Lofters” unique
  • Begin 1:1’s with your manager, understand your 30-60-90-day plan and delve into your daily responsibilities
  • Understand the implementation methodology for our packaged onboarding offerings
  • Begin shadowing of calls/meetings with more tenured team members to see our methodology in action via our Onboarding Program

WITHIN THREE MONTHS, YOU'LL:

  • Achieve the Salesloft Administrator Certification, demonstrating your knowledge of our product after completing your Onboarding Program
  • Understand the various metrics and respective targets for your role (e.g. billable utilization, customer satisfaction, project margin) and those of the broader Customer Services organization (e.g. seats activated, product usage/adoption)
  • Start taking ownership of your own new customer projects onboarding experience, from start to finish
  • Assist in projects for Salesloft customers centered around strategic consulting and helping customers achieve wild success

WITHIN SIX MONTHS, YOU'LL:

  • There will be a ramp where you build upon your existing Salesloft/Consulting foundation, beginning with being shadowed on larger onboarding engagements, and growing to assessment and strategic consulting based engagements
  • Consistently meet or exceed your various targets (e.g. billable utilization, customer satisfaction, project margin)
  • Participate in the interview, selection, hiring and on-boarding of new team members.
  • You will begin your Skill Development program with your manager to focus on professional development around the core competencies of the role

WITHIN TWELVE MONTHS, YOU'LL:

  • Continue to provide excellent service to our customers and meet or exceed your various targets (e.g. billable utilization, customer satisfaction, project margin)
  • Continue to focus on your OKRs and your Skill Development 
  • Assist, polish, refine and create new tools for Salesloft Consulting to offer and deliver to customers in order for them to achieve wild success
  • Hit your KPIs on a consistent basis including CSAT and utilization
