Role Overview:Support Clearer.io’s new and expansion revenue efforts through best-in-class implementation of our suite of apps. The Implementation Specialist is a customer-facing partner to Sales and Customer Success, ensuring assigned accounts are fully set up from trial start with all key features and integrations activated. By owning this process end-to-end, the role creates the foundation for Sales and CS to drive new and expansion revenue.What You’ll DoServe as the primary customer-facing implementation lead from trial start until go-live.Own technical setup, feature activation, integrations, and configuration to ensure merchants are fully live. Execute implementation plays designed to accelerate revenue to position the account for expansion (while not selling directly).
What you'll do:
