Implementation Services Intern
Location - Hybrid: London, UK
This is an excellent opportuntity to join our friendly Londion based team and is open to students entering the final year of their academic career in Autumn 2026
The Implementation Services Intern will work within an energetic professional services team and will be responsible for supporting the design and configuration of the Intapp DealCloud platform for our clients in response to their specific business requirements. This role offers hands-on experience supporting client implementations of the DealCloud platform while building foundational skills in data analysis, platform configuration, and client engagement. The Implementation Services Intern will work closely with experienced team members to learn the product, implementation methodology, and the business operations of our clients.
What you will do:
- Support Client Engagements
Contribute to client implementations by assisting the services team with platform configuration, data preparation, and documentation under the guidance of senior consultants.
- Data Analysis & Preparation
Analyze legacy client data sets and use Excel to map, normalize, and import data into the platform, ensuring accuracy and usability.
- Project Management Support
Maintain internal systems and documentation, track project timelines, log utilization hours, and ensure delivery of in-scope requirements.
- Learning & Development
Actively build knowledge of the DealCloud platform, implementation methodology, and supported industries such as private equity and investment banking.
- Team Collaboration
Serve in a supporting role on complex projects led by senior consultants, contributing to delivery milestones and client satisfaction.
What you will need:
- Pursuing Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and comfort working with data sets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
- Collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn from experienced team members.
- Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and professionalism.

What to Expect:
- Our Summer 2026 Internship Program begins June 1, 2026, and is projected to end August 7, 2026.
- Your professional growth and development will be supported throughout the internship program via project work related to your academic and professional interests, mentorship, and engaging events with other interns and company leadership.
- Our internship is hybrid, and interns will be expected in the office at least 3 days a week to get the full experience of the Intapp culture and networking opportunities.
