Role summary

We're looking for an experienced Implementation Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of TalentNeuron Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP) implementations. In this role, you'll turn solution designs into executable plans, guide customers through deployment and onboarding, coordinate cross-functional teams and partners, and help clients realize value quickly through strong adoption and change management.

Ways of working

  • EMEA-based role supporting global clients, majority in EMEA — with openness to occasional North America coverage
  • Operates in close partnership with: Pre-Sales Solutions Consulting Team (design), CSM (value), AE/AM (account owner), Product/Engineering (innovation, quality & fixes), Internal Implementation Support Teams & External Partners/SIs and PMO (execution), and Support (L1/L2/L3) (issue resolution)

Core responsibilities

What you'll do

  • Lead end-to-end implementation delivery from kickoff through go-live and early adoption, including scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, and resourcing
  • Own the solution design and delivery model for the solution implementation
  • Translate solution designs and customer requirements into actionable delivery plans, testing approaches, data and integration workstreams, and acceptance criteria
  • Coordinate cross-functional internal teams, implementation partners (internal & external), and customer stakeholders to keep projects on track and aligned to business outcomes
  • Oversee platform readiness, configuration, identity and access setup, data provisioning, integration coordination, user acceptance testing, cutover, and stabilization
  • Deliver role-based training and enablement, including workshops, office hours, train-the-trainer sessions, and adoption support for key user groups
  • Partner with Customer Success to support adoption, accelerate time-to-value, and complete a smooth post-implementation handoff
  • Capture lessons learned and help improve implementation playbooks, templates, and delivery processes over time
  • Be a best-practice evangelist – infusing TalentNeuron methods into client processes
  • Support PMO team for project governance, including status reporting, risk and issue management, steering forums, and executive-ready communications

Success metrics (project-level)

Delivery & quality

  • (Qualitative) customer feedback (e.g. CSAT, customer sentiment) on satisfaction with implementation team
  • Milestone adherence rate; on-time go-live; change-request ratio
  • UAT / validation pass rate
  • Escalation rate & RAID closure rate

Adoption & value realization

  • Degree of self-sufficiency, maturity & independence of client user cohorts (admins, business leaders, team leaders, etc.); training completion & proficiency
  • Time-to-first-business outcomes; deployment of priority features/use cases; usage by target personas
  • Strategic adoption metrics, e.g. degree of success criteria achieved; level of executive buy-in

Data & integrations

  • SIT pass rate
  • Time-to-data availability; freshness & completeness; API success/error rates; taxonomy/skills alignment

Handoff

  • Completeness/clarity of documentation, runbooks, and the post-implementation success plan (renewals/expansion remain with AE/AM; ongoing success sits with the designated post-implementation owner)
  • CSM handover success rate, e.g. cutover success; first-30-day incident volume; time-to-exit hypercare

What you'll bring

  • Proven experience leading complex SaaS implementations with multiple stakeholders, workstreams, and executive visibility
  • Strong project and program management skills, including planning, dependency management, risk tracking, change control, and stakeholder communication
  • Experience coordinating technical implementation activities such as identity setup, integrations, data mapping, testing, and go-live readiness
  • Ability to facilitate workshops, deliver training, and support customer adoption across a range of business and technical audiences
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present clearly to both project teams and senior stakeholders

Nice to have

  • Deep subject-matter expertise with strategic workforce planning, skills intelligence, HR technology, or related workforce transformation domains
  • Experience with PMO software
  • Working knowledge of APIs, data integrations & ETL processes; data wrangling in support of enterprise software implementations
  • German language ability — helpful in supporting current EMEA customers
  • French language ability — a plus, though not required (no current French customers)

What We Offer

• Fully remote work — work from anywhere.

• Flexible schedule — we care about results, not hours.

• English and Ukrainian working environment.

We’re an equal opportunity employer. All applicants will be considered without attention to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, veteran or disability status.
